Strategic Vision

Governors worked with staff and children to develop a strategic vision for the school. The strategic vision sits alongside the school’s existing vision, ethos and values. It also sits alongside the River Learning Trust’s principles. It helps to set a direction for the school and to inform key decisions and plans.

The three central themes are:

• Excellence in curriculum development and delivery
• A proactive approach to equality, diversity and inclusion
• Make Madley Brook the primary school of choice for parents/carers
